Emotional Healing
I specialize in healing:
from perfectionism and people-pleasing
from childhood emotional wounds and trauma
from creative blocks.
ThetaHealing has been the most efficient tool in my own healing journey. I became a certified practitioner to help others find the same relief that I experienced.
I help my clients identify and clear deep-seated beliefs and emotions that may hold them back. The process involves several steps:
First, I work with the client to identify the belief or emotion they want to address. This may involve asking questions or using muscle testing to understand what needs to be cleared.
Next, I guide the client into a theta state, which is a deep meditative state that allows access to the subconscious mind.
Once the client is in the theta state, I work with them to "dig" for the root cause of the belief or emotion. This may involve asking questions, using visualization techniques, or accessing memories from the past.
Once we have identified the root cause, I work with the client to release the belief or emotion using affirmations, visualization, or other techniques to reprogram the subconscious mind.
After the digging work is done, I test the client to see if the belief or emotion has been cleared. This may involve muscle testing or other methods of assessment.
ThetaHealing digging work is a powerful tool for identifying and releasing limiting beliefs and emotions. It has helped my clients make significant positive changes in their lives. It can help you too.
